PORTO OFFICE PARK

Porto Office Park

Located within the Boavista district of Oporto, Portugal, the Porto Office Park stands out as a pioneering and unique project for the creation of a sustainable office park distributed in two buildings. With a total gross area of 31.473 m2 above ground and 18.000 m2 underground parking with electrical charges and a 15.245 m2 green park, it incorporates areas such as an auditorium, meeting rooms, spaces for restaurant services with a lounge area and outdoor spaces, with padel courts, gymnasium as other amenities. 

The whole complex pursues the BREEAM International certification and within this goal GBF provides specific consulting services related to the BREEAM certification and sustainability-related tasks during the construction phase.
