BREEAM IN USE Certification & Project Adaptation

In this case the BREEAM IN USE protocol was used as a reference standard to certify the existing building. First of all Exeleria evaluated the “green building” potential of the project and considered the possibility of achieving the BREEAM certification. Once the feasibility of such goal was confirmed, a complete review of the existing project was developed in order to identify all possible improvements against the certification requirements. Some solutions were implemented and finally the certification process was developed and the building achieved the “Good” level within the BREEAM IN USE ranking.
